We are always asked about timber pricing, I have included a link to the us forestry service that you can easily click and then select your state. It is very hard to give an estimate on Standing timber unless a Timber evaluation is completed. Many factors can determine value a few are: Species, Diameter of tree, Height of tree, Straightness and amount of limbs.
